So are we interested? On balance I'm supporting City. Villa have toyed with mediocrity for too long so time for them to drop imo. I know this is not league but a loss for Villa tonight would be very difficult and put immense pressure on Sherwood. Any one else bothered?
Tough one to call as not really bothered about Villa, but don't really want Brum to get used to winning as they have looked fairly useful so far...... Elsewhere Fulham are 1 down to Stoke and Man City are 4 up at Sunderland.......
Is there still anyone in the Stadium of Light? I hear the local bus company were putting on extra buses at half-time...
Yes v interested. Brum in lockdown tonight with police. my lad lives in Birmingham and can see St Andrews clearly from his place. so always look out for all the brum clubs scores.
After watching Sherwood's manic celebration of Villa's go ahead goal, I'd love to see Birmingham tie or win this match. I guess, assuming it means a replay, a draw would be the best result for us, or is it ET then penalties?
Perhaps this is the match we should all have been watching with 5 goals in 9 mins for Lewandowski please log in to view this image please log in to view this image "A bit difficult to explain to the wife how incredibly rare and amazing it is for a substitute to score 5 goals in 9 minutes is!"
Late news - Sunderland have announced they are introducing a 45 minute season ticket, valid till half time, includes a free bus ride home...
I really hope Villa go down Just to listen to chip missing Sherwood ... He has to be worse manager in the top tier IMO He is an actor
Carlisle giving Liverpool a game tonight, 1-1 at half time... Liverpool reject Iago Aspas has scored two for Celta Vigo who have thrashed Barcelona 4-1 in La Liga...
At least Carlisle are putting up a good fight at Liverpool (still 1-1, ET beckons), compared to what we may have dished up. I see Gary O'Neil assisted on Norwich's 2nd goal against WBA, now an og so they are 3-0 up.
McLaren is not the only one feeling the heat, I think Roy Rogers might be looking for a new Job in the morning if they lose to Carlisle.
