I've just looked at our League Cup history and it's even worse than I thought. We've only got past the 3rd round on a couple of occasions and never reached the 5th. That's pretty appalling even if it is regarded as a Tin Pot Cup.
 
Can't see us beating Swansea, they'll be in the same mindset we are that it's a winnable fixture and will play a half decent team to get through. Except they're better than we are, so they'll win.

1-2, but we'll give it a bloody good go. Or 0-3 and we'll be totally ****. I don't know. It's not costing me anything, I couldn't care less.
 
If we go 3-5-2 I hope that Bruce chooses Elmo and Robbo as the wing backs to neutralize Swanseas speed on the wings. Starting Taylor would tell me he isn't serious about this game as they will run rings around him. A CMF of Jake, Meyler, and Maloney backed up by Maguire, Bruce, Davies will at least give us a decent chance.

I always remember when I was younger, getting battered by QPR, Man Utd & Liverpool every year, probably selective memory!
 
Never underestimate the under dog. Look at what Japan did in the RWC! I didn't even know the Japanese played rugby union.
