I have never said that I expect everyone to agree to the governments policies. I said they have been elected for 5 years and they have a mandate to follow these policies. Under our system if they cannot raise enough support in parliament then they will fail to implement them.
You will have to wait till 2020 to change this.

The electorate will not have a chance to vote on PR as neither a Tory or Labour government will oblige. Even if they did I don't suppose the supporters of their respective parties would vote to make their choice less likely to succeed.

    1) 'The public' is a generalisation. Come to Barnsley or many other Northern towns and 'The Public' there would most likely have a quite different view. It might be better to talk about the electorate as a whole. I would agree with you on that.

Didn't many traditional Labour Party voters in northern towns dismiss 'Red Ed's' labour policies for those to the right of the Conservatives, i.e. UKIP?

This is exactly the non sequitur that I too disagree with.

    Would fail a Univ assignment!

Its funny the drab old fashioned politics of Corbyn has livened things up for a couple of weeks, don't suppose it will last very long, especially if he keeps rubbishing everything he previously stood for.

I'm a big fan of JC, but yes, it is very funny!

I hope he continues his asking questions in PMQ's tomorrow, I want him to ask Dave, "How big is your pork sword?" ;)
