    The caravan train last night was a good idea but the whole sports train overtaking 'oh no oncoming train' gag made me cringe

    Same here, both about the licence fee, and Rowan Atkinson as Blackadder. I hated Mr Bean, it wasn't funny, whereas Blackadder was genius.

    It used to be a hell of a lot better 3-4 years ago when they wern't trying to turn it into a comedy show.

    I cant stand Richard 'Rat Boy' Hammond- worst 'actor' in history!

    I agree. It was much better when they actually reviewed cars although I do like their great adventures like the Vietnam one and the Bolivian one.

    By far the best programme made by the BBC. About 40 times better than the next one.

    Makes and absolute fortune aswell.

    Its a entertainment show first and a car show second.

    If you want to have a boring as **** car show watch Fifth Gear ( awful show for old farts who should wither away ) but if you want to watch something about cars thats a bit daft, not serious and all good fun then watch top gear.

    One thing i hate is people who demand that a show should be cancelled because they dont like it (even if it has high ratings) The bbc should revolve around them because they contributed 1p to the cost of top gear. <doh>

    In my opinion every programme made by the BBC should be dropped bar top gear. Then more top gear should be produced.

    Eastenders ( better acting in a school play....better storylines aswell )
    Song of Pain ( die )
    Dancing on Ice ( fall through the ice please )

    many more programmes that should cost 4 or 5 pence to produce and are watched by morons but I dont ask for these to be dropped. I just turn over!

    Top Gear and the News are the only shows on the Beeb I watch. All my other shows I download after they are shown in the States.
