Both. the committee setup is a joke but Brod is part of that committee and agrees to every deal we make! If Brod doesn't agree with it and had any sort of self respect then he'd have walked away rather than be made to look a mug.
Yes exactly, and so it works the other way around. All the players being touted as Rodgers mediocre men are in fact "committee men" as it took the committee to agree to buy them. Who he then picks from the squad bought is a different issue altogether. He alone as coach can be criticised for team selection from the pool. He can live or die by those choices. It doesn't need this silly conspiracy nonsense to attempt to put "more blame" on him. Unless as has been suggested the committee is involved in team selection as well. In that case it's not all Rodgers fault is it?

Wasn't the committee - it was Gordon. Allegedly put pressure on BR to play certain players. Not sure if I believe it but was Rodgers www definitely forced into using certain players due to injury. Either way - Rodgers is incompetent
If they sack him now we have more chance of getting a decent replacement. Come Jan / Feb it may be too late. No one knows what's happening at Bayern or Man C. We get in 1st we'd be only decent option for the likes of Klopp. But sadly this season would be another transition one. Although having a new manager in now would ensure we hit the ground running for next season. I'd say. Targets. 1. Klopp. 2. Europa League 3. Domestic cup. That would be even worse. Not the committee of "experts" dictating the team but a shirt and tie... And is that not "the committee is incompetent" Because I'm sorry I'm not buying this the players not picked are vastly superior to the ones picked. Even our "star" is hugely inconsistent. The committee assembled a relatively decent squad. They've failed to bring in one world class star or even 3 or four clearly top four players in the three years.. We got what we were prepared to pay for.......
