That was actually on purpose but I was so wound up about Rodgers I thought you were suggesting he should stay for a good deal longer lol

Our team really is a spineless bunch of ****houses. Didn't watch the game but we're used to these results by now, they've been happening for most of the last 25 years.

I asked this question 3 years ago "Do we need a Roy Keane type captain to knock a few heads together and make sure the players stop putting in half arsed performances against the bottom half teams?" and its just as applicable now as it was back then. Well, we probably have even less leaders now with Agger, Carragher, Gerrard, Suarez, Reina etc. all gone since that was posted.

We have no strong characters or any leaders in the team, just run of the mill players like Milner, Henderson, Mignolet etc. Add the fact that we have a lack of goalscorers in the team and got rid of our two top scorers from last season. Its bound to be a disaster <whistle>

Like **** I am....I actually pay to go to watch that ****e....value for money it is not mate, waste of another ****ing Sunday watching us ping crosses into a goalkeepers hands for 90 mins <laugh>

He should have been sacked after the 6-1 but FSG bottled it so here we are.....not sure I've much faith in them finding a decent replacement to be honest, there's not one amongst the hierarchy who understands the game.

    That is exactly the problem.

There is a total lack of experience from top down to Rodgers and the players you could argue too.

    Just pants.

It seems every few years we're suddenly absolute **** again and looking for a new manager.

Borderline world class performance. Just a few tweaks and Brenda will have cracked it.

No great pleasure in seeing more and more of people here coming to my point of view: what is the point of keeping Rodgers for much longer? He has completely lost it. He has been found to be average at best. He cannot make full use of the players he's got.

Why not get a new manager? Surely he can't be worse and there will be the merit of new motivation, new voice and new hope.

We are just drifting further and further into mid table with Rodgers. Surely FSG can see that?

That 2nd place finish is keeping him in the job at the moment.

A second place that was made by Suarez. Everyone can now see that that good season had almost nothing to do with him. He was made better by a world class player .

Kenny had Suarez and came nowhere near 2nd

When Suarez was banned we still won almost all of our games

It was actually Sturridge being injured that ****ed us more

And now we have Sturridge back we immediately had one of our best performances of the last 6 months

If Sturridge was fully match fit we beat Norwich 4-0

If things don't improve then all the Rodgers haters have a point, but waiting for about a year just to sack Rodgers after 60 minutes of football with Sturridge back would be the most ******ed thing anyone has ever done

Anyone with half a brain can see that Rodgers is slowly destroying your team with his abject signings. You've sold some big players, and raked in millions of pounds for them, and Rodgers has squandered the money on atleast 10 bang ordinary players. Let's be honest most of that team wouldn't stand out in Norwich's squad, and that's why there wasn't anything between you today.

Coutinho is pretty good as is Sturridge when he's fit. Benteke would be good if he played in a long ball side, but he's never going to do well playing for you guys, as you don't play that way. The rest of the squad and the players he's signed are mid to lower end of the table quality, and just aren't good enough to have you fighting for even 4th spot, never mind any higher
