Team looked better as the half wore on. Sakho and Moreno have been outstanding, and whilst Sturridge is not sharp yet, he's still our best attacker. Benteke and Milner have been so poor though - they need to pick things up. Also, Skrtel much better in a back 3 with Sakho
no end product really. Clyne and Moreno doing well to stretch the play on the wings but nothing going on with the Bentidge partnership
Should be in front really, controlling the game and look very comfortable. Sakho has been so solid - embarrassing how long it has taken to get him the first 11
Firmino on for Milner. Drop Coutinho into CM, Firmino as number 10. Really want to see Sturridge and Firmino play together.
If you take Milner off you only have 1 central midfielder though. Milner won't come off especially with hendo not on the pitch. Sturridge gwill probably come off after 60-70 mins
Good shout on Coutinho to CM, just need that extra little spark and with Firmino and Couts operating in the space it may be the spark we need. Lucas doing a good job so far, hoping the more games he gets the more sharp he becomes, same goes with Sturridge. Not a fan of the back 3 but meh, guess Rodgers is opting for it.
Coutinho can play that role. Milner offers nothing at CM. But you then have the option to bring Can into midfield if needs be.
