Costa is such a total prick. Can't believe how the ref just politely obliged his request to send Gabriel off for **** all. He's a complete psycho yet refs seem to favour him.
He's a right ****ing ****. If you watch the whole thing back, there was about 4 moments during that Koscielny/Gabriel confrontation where he could have been sent off.
We get strikers who couldn't hurt someone if they tried yet refs seem to delight in giving everything against them. Costa's a proper **** and he never gets what he deserves.
I'd have Costa in my team all day long.. centre half's have been giving it out to strikers for years, refreshing to see a No9 cause problems across a full back four.
Costa is a great striker but you can't excuse deliberately winding opponents up and trying to get an opponent sent off. In fairness, the referee should have diffused the situation by telling both players to just get on with it rather than let it descend into a bit of a circus between the sets of players.
He might be a **** but he's our **** is what I'd be saying if I was a Chelsea fan. I'd say the same if he played for us, and I wish he did.
I watched MOTD this morning and I found the whole clip highly amusing. Yes, Costa was probably lucky not to be sent off but he's got that impersonation of a 1930s Chicago gangster (minus the killing of course) just right.
Just watching it now. Think it was pathetic from the ref. Should have just told them to get on with it or sent them both off. Mind if your going to do it breaking his ****ing jaw dont do a fairy tap. Not a single booking in our game yesterday, yet that same game last year and it would have been 2-3 bookings for them. Henry stamped all over Aluko, nowt given.
Henry's a right **** and all. He's made a career of stamping all over people. I remember once he clattered Jordi Gomez so hard he made him do an involuntary frontflip.
Diego Costa, Gabriel, Chelsea and Arsenal all charged please log in to view this image Following the game between Chelsea and Arsenal on Saturday [19 September 2015], The FA has taken the following disciplinary action. Diego Costa has been charged for an alleged act of violent conduct which was not seen by the match officials but caught on video. The Chelsea forward was involved in an incident with Arsenal’s Laurent Koscielny in the 43rd minute of the game. He has until 6pm tomorrow [Tuesday 22 September 2015] to reply. Off the ball incidents which are not seen at the time by the match officials are referred to a panel of three former elite referees. Each referee panel member will review the video footage independently of one another to determine whether they consider it a sending-off offence. For retrospective action to be taken, and an FA charge to follow, the decision by the panel must be unanimous. Arsenal defender Gabriel has been charged with improper conduct for his behaviour following his dismissal, whilst team-mate Santi Cazorla has been warned for his behaviour following his sending off. Finally, both clubs have been charged for failing to control their players under FA Rule E20. Both clubs and Gabriel have until 6pm on Thursday [24 September 2015] to reply. http://www.thefa.com/news/governanc...al-chelsea-charges-210915#VCbOBpcqlzvq61rB.99
