Ha ha, first World Cup win for Japan since 1991. What a way to do it considering their opponents

When the Japanese winger scored the try in the 80 odd minute I screamed you little beauty...

As my football team atm is beyond the pail..it was heartening to see an underdog win against a so called sure thing

Japanese deserved that completely. Great performance. Their Fullback would get in our side.

Just watched the highlights and christ did the Japs give a performance. The kind of result that gives the big boys a wake up call.

I didn't watch the game as I thought it would be so one-sided. I just assumed the wrong side!

Switched over and saw the last 3 minutes and still ended up screaming at the TV!

Just 10% of play in the Boks half! Incredible!

Same as me. Just caught the last few minutes. When they went over the line i just said to myself WOW!
The best part is though that they could have took two points and settled for the draw but went for the try instead!

Great win by Georgia over Tonga, that's an upset. If you didn't watch the England game you'd assume it was a walkover but to the credit of Fijians they were in it until the 68th min. The japs scrum held up against the boks plus their winner takes all attitude in not taking the penalty to level but scoring to win! Well done Japan! I think England's best player is on their bench

Still needs putting in bit by bit.

I did see his fumble mate, first stuff up by the lad but work rate after that was decent! He's doing well! Not so sure England will get out of this group. Wales to finish above them with the wallabies 1st.

I presume it was just a touch of over confidence. Nothing wrong with that... It's what will make him a beast when he settles in.

Not too worried about Wales because of their injuries. I'd be bringing Burgess on again as an impact sub and then start him against the Aussies so he can boss them like he did in the NRL...

Looks like a good start for Samoa in a match that I thought would be very hard to call.
