Soul destroying isnt it how teams like West Ham and Leicester can somehow get it so right whilst our 2 shower of ****e clubs continue to get it so so wrong. Oh and Palace, Swansea, Southampton etc.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the manager at Palace the same Alan Pardew your fans hounded out 8 months ago, while you were top 10?

This is a great example of the laughable ignorance of some sections of our oppositions fan bases.

It's good that they still find time to talk about us though.

The clubs mentioned have managers all doing a fine job, and not making excuses they are new to the job etc. Ranieri, Bilic, Pardew, Monk, Koeman have all hit the ground running over the last few years and just got stuck in. They are picking the right players to suit their style. It is simply a case of assessing what you have, buying well, and picking a team accordingly. Look at Bilic, he has got his **** in order quickly. Team is so disciplined and they all act as one unit. They have bedded in 4 or 5 new first team players and 11 into the squad seamlessly.

Very impressed. When you have 28% possession and don't actually look an undeserving victor, that is clever management and tactical acumen on the part of Bilic.

Speaking as a SAFC fan I would say that the majority of town fans knew that Pardew was doing a half decent job under the circumstances. I think the majority of fans wanted rid because he kept exposing himself as being a total bell end. However that was of the understanding that they would get an inspiring replacement. I wonder how many now wish he turned Palace down and stopped on? Me personally? I havnt a clue.

If Sunderland had gotten Ranieri I would have been mortified! I would have felt it would have spelt certain relegation for us. Why cant we get an unfancied manager and get him to get us to punch above our weight? Wont ever happen! We get managers in who take one look at our players and instantly realise that we are ****. They basically tell us this. We get a few players in who give us a half hearted lift, then get dragged down to the level of utter ****eness. Theres like a virus at our club that reduces incoming players to being lazy, useless, coudnt give a ****, feckless zombies. Their footballing brains turn to jelly and are so spineless they cant handle the pressure of a relegation fight. We are always gonna struggle. Infuriating! Relegation for us would be like putting a seriously ill family pet to sleep. Upsetting but best for everybody in the long run. We just need to be put out of our misery and hopefully we can get a new healthier hungrier dog in future.

Hammers are looking a canny team under Bilic. They are playing a much better style of football than last year.
    Dark horses for Europe maybe?
