And I suppose Crystal Palace have? It was an unprofessional performance for the second time in the space of 4 days so no excuses!!
You are correct. Scum like Costa and Jose are not the reason we lost today, that blame is solely Mike Dean, for being an incompetent ****. You expect that sort of behaviour from Chelsea scum, but not what is meant to be impartial professional referees.
What a clown you are. How the **** should Arsenal beat Chelsea everytime? We have finished above them once since 2005. Our recent record against is god awful, but that's because we have a bang average manager, but even if we had a top manager, expecting us to still 'beat Chelsea everytime' is beyond stupid.
What does that have to with your comment about us expecting to beat Chelsea everytime? Since you feel like that, you must think Arsenal have a better manager and better players than the current champions, which is pretty moronic.
You are a defeatist Sanj, Arsenal should be beating Chelsea a lot more regularly. Even midtable teams have beaten Chelsea more frequently than Arsenal have in recent years so it is not a clownish comment.
Not moronic at all. It is about expectations!! You have a squad as good as Chelsea's. Ozil, Cazorla, Sanchez, Cech are at least the equal of any in the Chelsea squad and don't tell me the rest of Arsenal's team is massively inferior to Chelsea's because it ain't. You might have a point about Wenger's mindset in these matches which may well be the problem, but Wenger is a great manager of a very good team.
Check out Wenger's recent record against Chelsea and his overall record against Jose, it's utterly shocking, hence we can't expect a win, let alone expecting to win every time. Called a Chelsea win on page one, and I was right, because I can see that our record against them is abysmal. And until Wenger leaves it won't improve.
Wenger is a great manager and bleeds Arsenal red. Perhaps his great problem is his emotional feeling towards the club which may be clouding his judgement in these matches. Jose on the other hand is rather more detached with Chelsea. Utterly ruthless in trying to achieve his targets whether by fair or foul means but you and I know he will not be at Chelsea that long, and will be involved with another club long before Arsene leaves Arsenal.
In what way is Wenger currently a great manager? Is it something to be happy with that Wenger will be at Arsenal longer than Mourinho might be at Chelsea?
HIs record may not bare comparison with Alex Ferguson, but look at the consistency since he has been there Have you ever been out of the top 4 since he became manager? And if you read Nick Hornby's books he will attest to how goodam awful Arsenal were for many a season in the 60s, 70s, 80s and beyond. Weren't there seasons when Arsenal finished midtable?
What's great about being top 4 the whole time? With Wenger in charge, the benefits of doing that are irrelevant. The benefits are money and attracting players who are better than the ones you have with the aim of getting even better. With Wenger in charge, he doesn't have any aim of getting better. We haven't got any better. He has oodles of money and spends very little. He is incapable of seeing where he needs to improve his squad. He hasn't been capable of building a top trophy winning squad since 2005 and the game has moved on since then. Being a great manager in 2005 doesn't make you a great manager in 2015. He serves very little purpose right now. Certainly none to suggest he is a 'great' manager.
Rumours circulating that Coquelin could be out for a month. That decision to not acquire a defensive-minded midfielder this Summer certainly looks like an absolutely amazing bit of management there. Well done, Arsene. Yet another great decision you've made in a huge, huge list of them.
Ask the sixteen other clubs that rarely (never) make it into top 4 You mean like the back to back FA Cups you have won in the last two years?
