    Sturridge would make me happy. If it gets to the first game of the season, and we still dont have a striker, the panic would set in for me. Getting N'Zogbia in would be a nice little extra.

    Cant see either of them happening though.

    Our current strike force is worse than West Ham had last season and look at them...

    We definitely need a leading man up front.

    But we have a stronger midfield and backline, and one could argue goalscoring wasn't the cause of their relegation; it was a complete lack of defence

    1. A left back who wouldnt mind being cover for a year if Jose stays but who could play every game for us if Jose did leave.

    2. A small quick striker who would give us more options in attack, Vela would be my preferred choice.

    3. A genuine cover player for the whole back line, a younger O'Shea.
