No new injury concerns, Maloney could return.

Strong indication from Bruce that he'll stick with the same starting XI as Cardiff.

Jake Livermore isn't being ruled out for a return to the side in Tuesday's Capital One Cup tie with Swansea.

Bruce confirms the Faizer Cambell story is bollocks.

Great news all round. I agree with sticking by the Cardiff XI, bring on Maloney in the second half.

Maybe put Jake on the bench just to bring him back into the matchday environment and start him vs Swansea?

More likely Jake will get 45 mins for the U 21's on Monday and if that goes well bench on Tues night. Possibly we'll see him in the side for Blackburn on the 26th?

The U21's don't have another game until the 28th.

Glad I got a ticket for the Swansea game now, but I agree with Les above that Livermore probably not ready to start just yet so if they chuck him in on Tuesday it might be a bad idea

Good news all round then. It would be no shock at all to see Jake Livermore involved in the Swansea game.

A midfield of Livermore - Maloney and Elmohamady (on paper at least) looks very strong for Tuesday.

As for 2 moz,, same team as Cardiff. No reason to change it if all are fit after training today.

What Bruce said about diomande was something that I
Thought When we signed him, signing players from
another country is unpredictable as you don't know if
They will settle in this country, our weather isn't for everybody.
But with him coming from a country that is grim in winter,
The weather Shouldn't bother him, he'll feel right at home.

There was a young fellow called Diomande
Who when in Sweden was exceedingly randy

No prizes at all for finishing this dirty limerick. You need to work in a groin strain. It's time for my tea.

Diomandé was heralded by Vikings in the north
A poacher galore hence bring him straight forth
Signed by the gaffer who just had a hunch
That his groin strain would heal up in a couple of months

    He went up to Stockholm
And soon got his cock home
And a groin strain from a young lass called Sandy

Yep, I know, but felt compelled to carry on along the OP's line. (I did think of changing it in the Quote)
