Two things:- as it stands, we can't. Why is that? Oh, it's because there is NO ONE making that run in the first place. Just because you see him off the shoulder of the defender doesn't mean that he's got good movement. As I said, the timing of his runs are very poor and often doesn't know when to run at all.

Secondly - yep, I got him all wrong. Because the first 5 games have shown us that he's really the black Luis Suarez, where his goals have come from 2 crosses, one of which was offside.

But yes, I got him all wrong...

Why don't you just admit it - you think he's some mobile dynamic striker because he's made a couple of decent runs over the past 5 years so you think that's his natural game.

Suarez didn't rely on through balls love, he made his own goals........oh and who compared Benteke to him....ever?

Working with your striker as a No.10 isn't all about finding the eye of needle pass that gets him in, it's about playing to his strengths and forming a partnership with him. You're making lazy assumptions and convenient generalisations after 5 games, as it suits your original standpoint.

To give you a comparison we've been playing Kone as a right sided attacking mid this season and he's starting to form a good understanding with Lukaku and they're beginning to compliment each other.

LOL ok - so we buy a player and we need to play to HIS strengths, instead of bringing in players who suit our best player who is already at the club i.e. Coutinho?

And you talk about playing to his strengths - his strengths are heading and hold up play! You're assuming that his best attritube is running off the ball and movement. It's not! It's about getting the ball in the box and letting him attack it - which is at odds with our best creative player who simply doesn;t play like that.
