They're not comparable. Rape is an action. Racism is a behaviour. This doesn't make one worse than the other, but unlike displaying racism it's difficult to commit rape on an internet website. Hence people joke about rape but find racist attitudes disturbing. You can't justify one by justifying the other. They're just too different.

Very reasoned way of disagreeing with people. I have been to London recently - I actually live here. I regularly travel to Brussels and Paris and would say that there are far more immigrants in both cities. Reagrdless, the general point being made was that people moan about it here but it's just as big an issue in other countries.
