That thought has crossed my mind more that once. It could be Ferdinand who's picking the team. He seems to do everything else about the place
Deeply unimpressed with the two Watford signings so far. Angella had a torrid time tonight and Grant Hall deserves to regain his place imo. Faurlin and Doughty should replace Toszer and the woeful Henry for Saturday.
They made some very nice looking game pie on Bake Off tonight. Our dependence on Faurlin to play any decent football is terrifying.
Totally agree about both Angella and Tozser. Lacking energy in midfield although I think Henry gets a bad press (puts hard hat on). Luongo looked tired tonight...
Its criminal that he changed a team that had just won away and kept a clean sheet to play a pair of debutants like that.
CHRIS RAMSEY BEMOANS ANOTHER SLOW START www.qpr.co.uk. please log in to view this image “Again we didn’t start well in the first half, but I thought some of the stuff we played in the second half was very good. “On the balance, I thought we were a little unfortunate not to win the game, especially when you look at the handball decision that’s gone against us, when the scores were level at 1-1. “The players showed a lot of character after Saturday; I thought we did okay – but I know we’re capable of much more.” On the handball decision that wasn’t given, Ramsey said: “I was blocked from where I was standing, but I’ve seen it again after the game, and our lads were right in real time, because it’s a stonewall spot-kick. “Hopefully we’ll get one of those against Hull on Saturday.” Ramsey concluded: “We’ve got to stop conceding soft goals. “I’m gobsmacked, because a lot of the goals we’re conceding are coming from individual mistakes. “We’re not getting undone tactically with the goals we’re conceding –we’re just being too sloppy, making individual errors, and it’s costing us at the moment.” Read more at http://www.qpr.co.uk/news/article/q...kburn-rovers-2693906.aspx#a7StdvTQYeMy10e2.99
The ageing Hill & Dunne were slow in their movement, but the pair of them didn't miss too much in the air.
Ramsey ‘gobsmacked’ after QPR concede two yet again By David McIntyre 16/09/2015 please log in to view this image Chris Ramsey said he was “gobsmacked” after QPR conceded two goals yet again, this time as they drew at home to Blackburn. Nedum Onuoha’s 79th-minute header rescued a point for Ramsey’s side, who have shipped two goals in seven of their nine matches this season. “I’m gobsmacked. It must be some sort of record. We can only work and do our best to eliminate it,” said the Rangers head coach. “It’s not as if the goals are coming from us being torn apart tactically. It’s from individual errors.” Onuoha netted for Rangers after Jordan Rhodes had put Blackburn back in front following Charlie Austin’s equaliser. Rovers had gone ahead in the 14th minute through Shane Duffy, who scored after Alex Smithies fumbled Craig Conway’s left-wing free-kick. Keeper Smithies, making his home league debut for the R’s, protested that he had been fouled by Duffy at the far post. However, Ramsey admitted: “If I’m being honest, I’ve looked at it and although ordinarily refs give those (as fouls), I think Alex made a mistake there.” However, Ramsey did feel Rangers, who now sit eighth in the Championship, were the better team. “We probably shaded it on the play, but Blackburn were very resilient and to be fair they did cause us problems. “Most teams in this division play with a big centre-forward and they played very direct. “They will probably be happy going away with a point, especially after the way we started the second half.”
The worrying thing is Ramsey thought we were the better team, which means he'll probably start the same line-up at Hull. I really can't fathom out his game-plan, and more worrying is the fact it doesn't look as though the players can either...
The first half was as woeful a performance I can ever recollect seeing in a game of football....and I include kids Sunday league in that..... Truly awful to watch
Ramsey is quickly running out of excuses for our very poor performances .................... he may need to phone Harry for for a bit more spin. If you look at all the good managers, they say very little when they lose, CR doesn't stop flapping the gums win, lose or draw. Forget about how many points we currently have, look at the opposition ( Forrest & Blackburn ) at home I might add. Not good enough. Anyway, I won't comment further on him till after 10 games have passed.
