I don't see him getting the Arsenal job ever, even if Wenger does retire. First of all Arsenal play with a style and a swagger so wouldn't employ such a defensive minded coach.

Also Wenger will likely take a seat up in Arsenals board room, and will probably still have a massive say in who they hire to replace him. So I just don't see him ever hiring Mourinho.

I think the England managers job is a more likely destination, Hodgsons contract is up at the end of the Euros, so if Mourinho does get the sack this season then he could take over after the Euros. I think the FA would definately go for him if they thought he'd take the job

If Chelsea lose to Arsenal on Saturday I think he'll get the bullet.

"Mourinho is quoted by the Daily Mail as saying.."

We can safely assume he didn't put himself forward for the Arsenal job.

Very true. He's also a very very good example of why you should never go back.

No mate, worked late tonight but listened on the radio. You there?

How's that? He is the current PL and League Cup holder.

Really? I thought it was Chelsea. It could have been Avram Grant in charge last season and you probably would have done the same. The first season and this are far more telling. The minute there's any real competition and Jose's looked a beaten man with no real hunger. TBH apart from the whinging, he didn't really have any hunger last season either. It's true, never go back.
