She's a canny lass but she's a volatile slag and an arsehole magnet. My nights out get messy, I know too many loons.
visit York 3-4 times a year for a bevy or two. Ive never ever actually fancied going in. Would never queue to get in a boozer so certainly wouldnt for a cup of tea and a scone
I'll queue for things that are worth a little effort ....... it's not like your queuing overnight for cup final tickets
Ah yes Rick. He was plied with Ketimine in a private VIP hot tub at a dance festival until he passed out. He's could be one of Gonads neighbours actually lives in the same area.
I had one of them and wasn't impressed to be honest ........ ........... it was a quite boring, very expensive and had a Weetabix on the top
Was in the York tap a couple of weeks ago. Love it in there. The Malting's is a great little pub nearby as well.
Back to the OP - Biltmore Bar and Grill is good just make sure you're not sat by the front door as it gets a bit nippy this time of year when the wind whips in as people go in and out.
Did Marco Gabbiadini sell his gaff in York? I was going to stay there a few years back, but it was a bit on the pricey side...
Sure I saw an article saying he'd just won an award for it recently. Nice to see he had enough about him to put something in place before the sky money kicked in.
The Yorkshire Terrier does fantastic pie and peas. Not sure your lass will appreciate it for an anniversary meal though. They sell a beer called Centurians Ghost , nice drop of ale.
They sell a nice little 32% Nuclear Tactical Penguin in the House of the Trembling Madness. £5 for a 3rd of a pint. Embarrassing getting slapped about by the landlord at 2:30 in the afternoon telling me to get off the floor tho. Didn't dare try the 70% ale PS, they also do some unbelievable pub nosh from the worlds smallest kitchen consisting of a chopping board, a fridge and a microwave.
It's lovely if you like a mix of rocket fuel and paint stripper. I just necked mine thinking that sipping it would be pointless. After I cooled down and refocused it does leave a reasonable taste but we are deffo not meant to drink ales with that gravity content. Still building myself up to this 70%er. Think they also do a 45% which may be my next attempt.
