Small point that may be of some use re. Leeds Bradford Airport. I only recently found out, through my son, that you can park for 1 hour for free. As you approach, there is a sign pointing you in the right direction if you look carefully (FFS, don't turn right or you're trapped!). Still got to pay the £3 to do the pick-up, right enough - unless, like me, you break the rules & park on some double yellows in a road parallel to the pick-up exit.
It's a ballache parking in the long term car park and getting on the bus for the free hour. Be careful parking on those yellow lines. LCC enforce them by mobile camera at peak times.....If you look there is a loading ban in the area as indicated by the signage and double kerb markings so any vehicle stopped can be sent a penalty charge notice.

I noticed he replies most frequently late on an evening when pissed up but trying to make sense of his ramblings is tricky at the best of times so when he is fuelled with alcohol it's like trying to get sense out of an illegal immigrant 'I not understand English'...
Its ok m8 crossing the other border,the southern one into the land of the southern softie,where plastic fans and teams are in for a visit from the northern hordes this weekend 5,800 expected sat morning alone,the Germans have it easy. and we are ok with Germany,EEC passports and a friend with a flat in Berlin which maybe empty soon after 2 wins.
