With not alot else happening today I thought I would run this past you guys. Me and a few mates had a chat down the pub last night, and got on to the list of teams (apart from Saints) we have soft spots for, to the teams that we just can not stand. And I was wondering what your list's would be, here is mine... (Try and leave a reason if possible) TOP 5 LIKE 1. Darlington - Used to watch them a bit during my time in the army, with their stadium just down the road. 2. Newcastle - Always struck me as a loyal bunch of fans. 3. Reading - A few mates support them, and seem a decent loyal bunch. 4. Chelsea - Only because they have the best chance of stopping Manure winning the PL. 5. Walsall - Nothing but respect for the way they conducted themselves on the last day. TOP 5 DISLIKE 1. P*mpey - Local rivals 2. Manure - Their fans are not fans, just a bunch of plastics. 3. Cardiff - Everytime they come down they just strike me as complete bunch of pr*cks. 4. Bournemouth - After last season trying to create their own little rivalry. 5. Blackpool - Holloway, I use to like the guy, but since last season he is just annoying.
Like: 1. Saints Reserves (Development Squad/U21) 2. Saints Youth Team 3. Sholing FC 4. Rangers 5. Queen of the South Dislike: 1. Melchester Rovers 2. Jossy's Giants 3. Fulchester United FC 4. Earls Park FC 5. Portsmouth FC (Yes, I do appreciate the above dislikes are all fictional teams)

hmmm, tend to disagree. Many have jumped on the band-wagon since the Prem. Their crowds in the 70's and 80's were nothing special for such a big city & catchment area.
TOP 5 LIKE 1. Salisbury City - Local club besides Saints 2. Aldershot Town - Grandad supported them along with Saints, had a season ticket there for many years 3. Reading - A nice club, great stadium, friendly fans 4. West Ham - Always had a soft spot for them, probably because of the history; Bobby Moore etc - a few mates support them to, seem like a good bunch of fans 5. Norwich City - Probably the most similar club to Saints in terms of all time success and especially recent history TOP 5 DISLIKE 1. P*mpey - Hate them 2. Manchester United - Can't stand their fans 3. Huddersfield - The most bitter and jelous rival fans of the last two years 4. Cardiff - Same as Manchester United 5. Manchester City - Although I like their fans, and fairplay to them; I just feel that clubs like Man City are too rich and are ruining the game especially for teams in the lower leagues
Likes: 1 Crawley - nearly beat man u. 2 west brom - when i was little i had a west brom away kit (i dont know y). 3 Tottenham - uncle is big supporter, been to white hart lane twice. 4 Liverpool - don't like Chelsea, man u or arsenal. 5 reading - few mates support them. 1 p********h - c**ts 2 Chelsea - brought they team now they all too old 3 man c - buying they team 4 real madrid - buying they team 5 cardiff - welsh!!!!!

Man U - more the fans than the players 3. Man City - making the big fuss about finishing 4th and winning the FA Cup after spending 200m 4. Huddersfield 5. Swindon

They've just spent money they've allegedly not got in non-league to get themselves promoted. I smell another Pompey situation there.
Like: 1) Basingstoke - local team 2) Southend - good support on their last 2 visits to St Marys 3) Walsall - see above in reference to the 7th May 4) Huddersfield - like their determination in keeping up with us and they have a nice stadium and kit 5) Reading - like what they stand for as a club Dislike: 1) Pompey - Would rather die than ever be associated with those cheating b@stards. 'Supporters' are c*nts too. 2) Reading - Fans are ex gloryhunters living off their 2 years in the Prem. All used to support some top 4 team in the past bar a few. 3) Manure - See number 1. Cannot stand the ridicule you get for supporting some 'sh*t club'...how about go and watch your own team because you can only name 5 players. 4) Leeds - dirty team, dirty fans in general. 5) Swindon - Delighted to see them go down after the repeated defeats.

like: 1)AS Roma - saw them last year, incredible passion and you can DRINK BEER WATCHING THE GAME (whats not to like?) 2)Bournemouth - dad was local and my first game was bournemouth vs grimsby at wembley, loadsa mates support them as i live here and they all like saints too, however spoilt by idiots that did their very best to p*** me off last year. 3) Newcastle - great fans 4)Bristol Rovers - mate supports them and they have some really great and loyal fans, should be a much bigger club 5) Manure - im sorry. i was a 9yr old glory hunter in the height of the cantona era before i sorted my head out at age 10 and supported the saints - some of their icons have always kept me interested (altho their fans are gobs***es) Dislike: 1)Pompey 2)Cardiff 3)Millwall 4)Wigan - s*** ground, no fans. 5)Peterborough - after last season, end of. On the fence: 1) Arsenal - love the way they play, but most of their fans are so cocky and whiney...dont get me started on wenger. 2)spurs - hated them for taking hoddle, but still for reasons unknown like them - even with judas at the throne. 3) Everton - hate when they used to regularly pummel us - but always liked how well theyve done with little money and great fanbase. 4) Reading - nice ground, nice fans, just cannot BEAR to see them doing better than us.
