John Terry's a bit of a nutter, never forget when he threw himself to the ground head-first to clear off the line in the World Cup against Slovenia. A proper old fashioned centre half! In comparison to Oscar Gobern, I think Gobern just lost all body coordination and threw himself through the air unintentionally!

Gobern's tackle was much worse i think as it was 2 footed and you have absolutely no control with out at least 1 foot on the deck.

Also take note of who they were playing. Terry definitely got to the ball first!!

Oscar's tackle could of been a career ender had the "Allmouth" not moved.

Terrys tackle ..... well timed, ball first. Commited. Shame that idiot got in the way to spoil it. :p

Both Terrys and Goberns were pretty shocking - hard to call it lol!!!! Either way - Anyone else agree that its quite pleaseing to watch? Maybe a tad harsh?

The thing is that because the Pompey player pulled the keeper about 1 second earlier, Chelsea got the free kick. Also worth watching the goal from that match for amusement value:

Gobern's tackle, if you can call it that, was insane. I don't think it was malicious, I don't really understand it at all. I like John Terry though and good to see him mashing the blue shi*e.

Although Gobern's tackle could have seriously injured the player, it didn't and was hilarious. Terry's was evil.

Terry never pulls out of that kick - he just leaves the boot in. In a friendly.......
