    Don't underestimate the humble rice cake, spread some salted butter thinly and toppings of your choice

    Not a huge fan of tomatoes. I'll eat them, but wouldn't be preferred choice of veg (or fruit of being pedantic)

    So there is currently an escaped prisoner on the roof of HMP Manchester. He has been 'protesting' up there for over 24 hrs, protesting meaning smashing the **** out of the glass roof with metal bars and stripping down to his Utd kecks

    He is apparently a murderer who says he wants to stay up there for 40 nights to break the record, currently 37 nights. Well I suppose if you have time on your hands why not.

    They should just ignore him then after 36 nights put a fish and chip supper from the local chippie next to the hole he got onto the roof through, not only will that entice him in but he will lose his record setting opportunity.
