Worth bearing in mind that Corbyn and McDonnell's stance on the IRA will push the DUP into becoming staunch supporters of the Tories, increasing their majority by 16. To be very clear, I am in no way passing comment on either the stance of the DUP, Corbyn, McDonnell or any other N.I. issue, (I don't want to get involved in that!!) but wanted to point out one of the fairly significant ramifications of Corbyn's election that hasn't been spoken about. The Lib Dems must also be kicking themselves for electing the left-wing Farron - now nullified by Corbyn - ahead of the centrist Lamb, who could have been in a strong position to attract moderates and re-build a centre-left Liberal Democrat party. Sods law eh?
