Hurry up UIR... waiting for an answer.do keep up <whistle>
You actually also said we dominated matches as well <laugh> You really do tie yourself up in knots.

What a complete arse. I wasn't even talking to you on this thread you fcking fantasist. I was talking to the Liverpool fans on here. You're the one who decided to quote my posts and pick a fight so wtf are you on about ignoring you? <doh> You really do live in some fcked up twilight zone where reality is a special version of UIR logic.

Which is why UIR turned on him so quickly and so vehemently.

  6. We were **** and deserved to lose but it just occurred to me that six of our starting eleven joined in the summer; Clyne, Gomes, Milner, Ings, Benteke, Frimino. That's a hell of a lot of players, no wonder the team as no cohesion or flow to it, its eleven individuals.

Thank **** the civic war going on amongst the mancs on this thread is over, UIR finally threw the towel in and Treble and Shtan were victorious.

You were all over the place on Saturday. Ings on the left wing and a right footed CB behind him? Really?

Rodgers should have gone there seeking to keep it tight, but his formation and team selection was all wrong and you got what you deserved.

I agree with most of that. We should have gone at them though imo.

My reporter mate summed it up quite nicely. "2 teams fighting for 4th place and one is slightly less **** than the other one". I had to put up with more close range screamed abuse again. Thanks **** I didn't accept the invitation from my client again <yikes>

    Theres been 3 managers.

Your post applies to Diego. It doesn't apply to the other two so much. The Atkinson United side was hardly terrible for one thing.

I agree but I don't think Rogers can play defensively. He set up for a clean sheet, allowing Utd the freedom of the pitch in possession in their half but this lot of players are not capable to execute what he wanted.....tbh, I'd be surprised if any set of players would! The guy has spent nearly £200m over the last 2 years and we get that pile of crap! How he's still got a job is beyond me!

Moving on, your lot looked good this weekend.....or Chelsea looked really poor.....probably a mixture of both.....I know you were as frustrated with Martinez last season as I am with BR. Has your view changed? Or you still think he's dog sh+t?

I agree, I think he went for a point, but his set up wasn't the way to achieve it. He's on borrowed time now imo.

As for us, I thought we were brilliant on Saturday and Martinez got his gameplan right - albeit the MOTM wasn't in his starting Xi, so he maybe got lucky with Besic getting injured!

Chelsea for all their possession created jack ****. I was expecting an onslaught after HT, but it never materialised. Defensively they were rot and they lacked a cutting edge in the final third. Poor given their squad.

As for my view on Martinez, I was convinced after the opening day vs Watford that it was going to be another poor start to the season. But in fairness he's got them playing well and they're getting better as their confidence increases. With no EL to distract us, we need a strong PL performance this season, no excuses.

Utd were pants under Atkinson, after all isn't winning the be all and end all to Utd fans, how many trophies did Champagne Charlie win?

Utd fans had to make do with what they got during Atkinson's time at OT and they were a more sensible crowd than the plazzies that expect the trophies to still keep rolling in despite Fergie being gone.

I wouldn't call an 80s football crowd sensible. So that's your entire point out the window.

It also happens to be certain supporters of that era who are struggling today. So this notion that the younger fans (Fergie joined nearly 30 years ago... Some are not so young) are only glory hunters is a bit dated.

Like calling every Liverpool fan between the 70s and 80s glory hunters. Despite suffering for the past 25 years now with next to no glory.

How much borrowed time though? If we had any chance of Klopp (debatable, I know), we need to move now before a bigger seat becomes available. Somehow, I doubt we'll do that though.

At the moment, top two, by a mile are City and Arsenal. Utd (let's be honest, they don't look great but will still be there and abouts) will battle it out for third and fourth.....am sure Chelsea will recover and be up there to battle for those places and i'm pretty confident that, with no changes, we'll be mid table. If you lot and a couple of others can sustain some form, it might get interesting for you. We're 3 points off third I believe.....it may as well be 30. We have no chance with BR at the helm.

I doubt he'll see the Autumn out if it looks like you're way of course for a top 4 finish. The next 2 homes games are massive for him. He's got to win them both.
