    The handful of goals gave Ronaldo a total of 230 goals in La Liga as a member of Real Madrid, surpassing the previous mark of 228 set by Raul. The former Los Blancos striker needed 550 matches to reach 228 goals, while the Portuguese achieved the feat in just 204 league encounters.


    That is some record to be fair...
    Defences are **** in La Liga but even so.

    Don't think he or anyone will ever score 240 goal in 200 games in Premiership though, teams down the bottom tend to put up more of a fight against big teams in the Prem than they do in La Liga.

    Maybe, just saying, besides the bottom 6 in La liga would find it hard in the Championship let alone the PL. But with the cash in their game it's hardly surprising, anyone decent is unaffordable for those clubs, especially when English sides are paying much higher wages and fees for average or better Spanish players.

    After watching this game, our game yesterday, Everton game and Atletico-Barca its astounding how far the PL teams are behind the top Spanish teams in terms of quality and ability.
