Well, I've just got back from Tesco's, it started to rain while I was waiting for the bus, it stopped raining while I was in the supermarket with the sun breaking out. As I was paying for my shopping, it started to rain again Now I am indoors looking out at beautiful sunshine! Is it any wonder I suffer from paranoia?
Rain last night, but warm and sunny now. There's a gay pride event in St. Helier today, so I've already done my shopping before it got very busy in town.

Last night of the Proms with an American conductor and a German singing Rule Brittania. For such a unique British event it shows we can embrace things unknown to some nationalists.
Morning all from a dry St Helier. What a good few days sport so far for those I've wanted to win: Patriots won Thursday night, England won the ODI on Friday then yesterday Watford won, Middlesex completed possibly one of the most surprising wins in the County Championship given their position after the first innings, Jersey RFC won a close game against Cornish Pirates, Cardiff Devils beat Nottingham Panthers in overtime and Anthony Joshua won the WBC Commonwealth title in 97 seconds. To complete the weekend, just need England to win the ODI today and for Steve Finn to put in a good performance if selected.
Sæl öll. Tea and coffee, donuts and fruit are on the bar. Half and half coffee for Brian Black coffee for Bragi Flat white coffee for Yorkie Frothy for W_Y Café Allongé for OFH We have our first win but I still worry there is no plan B, also I saw film of Odion Ighalos goal and I am waiting for the route one hoofball comments.
Thanks for the frothy. Don't forget the great win for Reece Bellotti on Saturday, especially with the Watford badge on his shorts and the Watford flags in the crowd.
Afternoon all. One minute we have bright sunshine and the next violent squalls of heavy rain with hail mixed in with it. Daughter is here from England for the week hoping for a bit of sun, but the forecast is poor until the weekend. I will not be able to do a match thread for the next few games as after she departs I will be heading across the channel for a couple of weeks myself.
Well, I for one would go to see Reece Bellotti and/or Anthony Joshua at The Vic if that ever comes about. British or European title fights perhaps? Exciting times for the town!
Same here frenchie, currently hammering down in Bandit Country. We had a massive panic attack yesterday - I got up about 06.30 to take Little Miss W_Y to the station and go to the gym and looking out over the garden, saw the door to the rabbit cage was wide open and Peter rabbit was gone..Mrs W_Y was a right state and I legged it down stairs in just my gym shorts..luckily the rabbit was sitting on the drive looking very scared. Panic over, but I have had to install extra locks and security.....
Spring has arrived here. It is getting much warmer and the fruit trees are in blossom. Even our chooks are laying more. The mountains are still covered in snow, though, so there is some good skiing. Life is good.
