I've seen Hazard go down same way. In the first half Herrera gave away an exact same foul against a Liverpool player near the touch line but nobody said a thing. Sometimes it's just bcos it's Young. Easy target to say the guy never gets fouled and always dives.

Not saying we were great, just that playing against a team with CB's of Skrtel & Lovren (and I use the term CB's loosely) I'd be expecting to score more than 3 goals, especially when the first 2 are handed to you on a plate <whistle>

We're always going to struggle with Skrtel in our defence... it's no surprise that he's been a mainstay in our defence for the last 5 years since and the only time he's looked half decent is when he's played in a back 5 with 2 CB's either side of him doing all the hard work while he stands there and just heads the ball away.

Someone needs to come in and have the balls to actually look at the squad and tell players they aren't good enough. I've been a defender of Rodgers but his continuation of players who just don't perform over and over is getting frustrating.

We saw it last year when he wouldn't give Can or Manquillo a chance even though they did nothing wrong and instead relied on Gerrard and Johnson and only threw Sakho in when forced to.

Clyne tried a typical defenders trick and got caught out. Poor defending, he put his arm across the attacker and restricted his run. It's a foul every day of the week in today's football.

No united fan is going to defend Young. If he dives United fans are the first to call him on it.

Who else have you played and what's your biggest defeat of the season?

No mate, I thought you were fundamentally out played by a "hoofball" team that played very dull, strikerless possession football in the first half. In the second half you were just played off the park by a "hoofball" team that played some good attacking football. Overall you were played off the park and suggesting that the ref had anything to do with a much deserved Liverpool defeat is head under the pillow stuff.

It was a foul on Young by the way. Like the vast majority of modern footballers he made the most of it but it was a foul nonetheless. You should be more concerned about the fact that it was blatantly obvious that Blind was allowed to have a clear run at it.

We are rubbish. It's not a claim but a fact. You are nothing special. You're certainly not as good as West Ham were against us, or any better than Arsenal were for 45 minutes. It doesn't make me feel one iota better stating that, as I believe you'll improve as you have better players, and we won't. So well done, but **** off back to your own board if you didn't want to hear us whinge.

Yep. Neville even called it before the free kick was taken. It was dreadful defending for and duri the free kick.

    <laugh>
    Kroos
    Modric
    Busquetes
    Martinez
    Lahm
    Matic

Any of the above would walk into your midfield and replace those 2.

I would totally agree with you about hazard. Young flopped over with his legs out wide. Like i said i can see why it was given but you see cbs do that in centre forwards all the time. I though clyne had recovered enough and was just stronger. I dont think that was a key decision.

It's because of the way he goes down... even if it was a foul, which it wasn't Clyne just got his body in front and his arm across, the way Young went down would be the way if someone had clipped his leg. Being blocked off wouldn't make you fall over. If you're blocked off then it forces you to stop running.. not flop over in a starfish motion <doh>

I didn't see your West Ham game but West Ham clearly raised their game. Have you seen them bar against you and arsenal. A shambles of a club.

I know it hard to give us credit (our own struggle at times) but we did many things right today, under the circumstances. Very little to complain about, bar that first half, which in hindsight, wasn't actually as awful as made out. It lacked a striker but some of the build up play was pretty good. It had you guys rattled, big time too.

3-0 against West Ham... just think, you did worse than they did against us and they were away from home <whistle>

Don't really get the point of the question though <laugh>

Nust because mourinho is having a shocker doesnt mean I'm not right about van gaal. For one mourinho has won 3 pls for us even if he appears to be playing politics and sabotaging our season (in the sense of not picking the best players rather than playing to lose).

Lets just hope the glaziers see van gaal the way you do UIR. Bookmark what i said about van gaal and if he even leads you to a challenge happy for you to throw it back in my face <cheers>

You've managed to list a few. Some of which are in no way better than Bastian Schweinsteiger.

How that in anyway, shows that Carrick and Schweinsteiger are not two of the best around though.....?

It led directly to the first goal, if that isn't given they don't score 1 minute later... pretty sure that makes it a key decision <whistle>

Not saying we'd have gone on to win if that hadn't been given though <laugh>

You mean the way Gerrard went over on every foul? I'm not pulling him up over it though. It's just what footballers do. That doesn't mean it wasn't a foul, but players want to make sure it's given. Young seems to be the only one who's pulled up for it though despite most fckers doing the same.

I will probably be throwing it back in many people's faces. My thread title will probably be, 'I don't want to say I told you so' <whistle>
