    What a rubbish first half. If Utd had a competent striker on the pitch they would be 2 up by now.

    This will defo be the last match on MOTD tonight, it is safety football at its worse. You would think it was a Champions League game and both teams were the away team.

    The sad part is we have nothing on the bench to improve matters as Ibe has been toilet this season

    We've completely lost our identity - we have a targetman up front but no one alongside him that can run in behind. No one out wide to provide him with any service. A midfield that works hard but can't do anything creative unless you count the anonymous Can, and don't get me started on the defence.

    Cmon man, 0-0 at Old Trafford at half time isn't anywhere near a terrible result. The performance has been depressingly bad but we can always improve after HT and even if we do go on to lose we've lost loads of times at Old Trafford over the last 20 years. Its always gutting to lose this game but I wouldn't sack or promote anybody based on what happens in this game.

    Poor game. No idea what Rodgers is trying with this team and, yet again, a team with zero balance since there's no left footed player who's going to give us proper width and provide for Benteke.

    Fortunately, United are equally ****. Lots of the ball (mostly because we're happy sitting back it seems) and yet they're doing nothing nothing with it. Not remotely incisive or creative and eventually they just hoof it to Fellaini.

    Going to get some food...

    I don't know if anybody agrees, but does anybody else think Milner has been absolutely awful? Really disappointed with his performance so far considering he's supposed to be one of our most experienced players.

    @Lucaaas 0-0 isn't a bad score... But both teams are awful. Champions League teams these do not look.

    Still 4th law of thermodynamics states bad first half by Liverpool = better 2nd half... So there is hope.

    I think everyone bar Clyne and Can has been poor. Clyne probably standout player of the game given everything has come down his side, Can actually looks the only threat on the ball and willing to run forward.
