Last night Robbie Brady was left out of Man Utd Reserves' team against Shrewsbury. May a move to us be imminent?
Judging players by Football Manager I've never heard of the lad, nor have I seen him play, but the gaffer always seems to pull these United class acts out of the bag. Not sure how close the deal is but he can definitely do a job until Cameron gets back
I personally think that saying he's is only cover for Stewart is a bit of an injustice toward shim until we've seen him play. By the looks it is a month loan deal which makes me believed he will be used once Stewart is fit. If he was just cover and nothing more then wouldn't he be on a 3 month loan?
He'll do pretty well to perform as well as Cam did last season. I don't know what the details of a possible deal are, but in reality do we really need another winger (along with CS when he's back from injury?)
Iv just started a new season with all the updates for City, and sold Richard Garcia to Leicester for £1million. hah Signed Brady on loan for the season, and he's rated as 'Good signing for most championship clubs' Just hope my coup for Adam Le Fondre pays off
Hopefully if he signs we may be able to have a look at him against Liverpool, I think he could be just as good as Cam but I haven't seen him play very much at all.
Hes left footed unlike Cam, so hes a deffinate left winger. Id play Cam on the right him on the left. The Bullard and Koren in the center. BOOOM....Promotion
Love playing as City with the update. Nice to have Mannone for a fill season from the start. I always try to sign Leigh Griffiths, he's Stupidly good. If not Katlego Mphela always 20+ in the Championship
Does anyone know if there has actually been an official approach from the club for Brady? Or any confirmation of interest? As far as I can see using google it's still just a twitter and message board rumour. Apparently Brady himself denies that he's coming here according to some Utd. fans on one of their boards.
Been reading up on him on red cafe, sounds pretty similar to Cam , very direct and pacy but has a aggressive edge to his game which cam doesnt. Sounds good , but have to see if he takes to the championship like cam did, thats IF we sign him on loan. Played alot with Dudgeon too so should have an understanding if Dudgeons first choice.
strange, you should be able to get £2.1m for garcia. several clubs came in for him when i flogged him. got £2.4m for bullard too, and £1.7m for mcshane! i always end up selling half the city squad when i start a new game in FM11.
City Independent ran a story saying that we had made an official approach and they're not usually too far out. Then there has been his agent on twitter but Cameron Stewart said that he'd spoken to him and he knew nothing about it. However he said don't believe me, listen to radio humberside. Take from it what you will, but it looks like there's something in it.
Are you on the latest update for the FM? As I've Buyllard out on loan at Ipswich, and to be honest I didnt wanna re call him as i would see how he got on and recall him when I need him. Dawson got injured in pre season, and I tried to sign Dudgeon but he didnt wanna join. :/ Suggest any of a good left wing back?
