    use of the abbreviation of "have" that sounds like "of" is not written as "of" or even "have", but with an apostrophe followed by "ve". so the end of your latest post would say

    and yes olm they should've looked after him...

    which represents your abbreviation, commonly used in speech, and doesn't make you have to use the more formal non-abbreviated "have".
