I suspect what will happen is that a court case will rumble on for about three years, collapse, and everyone walks away Scot-free.

First they came for the goggley-eyed, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not goggle eyed.

Then they came for the Yorkshireman, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Yorkshireman.

Then they came for the Spivs, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Spiv.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me (as I'm a ****).

Legal matters take their time, especially where money is involved, whether it be alleged fraud (Rangers) or alleged State Aid (Celtic).

I know of no blogs on either matter and I am not going to waste my time looking for any.

Alleged by morons who cannot even do the most basic research. It is not State Aid simply put because before any investigation gets under way, the alleged Aid must be shown to have affected trade between EU Member nations. Cheap land deals (allegedly) are hardly like to be of interest to anyone outside Glasgow, so the investigation never even got underway. There was No State Aid, it's a fabrication by feeble-minded bufoons with far too much time on their hands.

Update to my earlier post, Paul Clark has today {03/09/2015} been charged with 'conspiracy and serious organised crime' and like the other three, Whyte, Green and Whitehouse, bailed pending a further hearing at a later date.

So they have all been charged relating to serous organised crime. Am I right in thinking if they are found guilty the polis can go after their assets?
