Seems that all is not well at Carrington ....... http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...van-Gaal-about-his-rigid-training-regime.html http://www.thetimes.co.uk/tto/sport/football/article4552462.ece http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...ars-complain-manager-s-regimented-regime.html
Its all lies, LvG is ****ing awesome. The players love him and everything will be fine. Just thought i'd get in there before someone else does.
Were they articles in the Star, Sun etc I might be inclined to agree. Having read all of them, there is a common thread running through them all - that the 'leak' (if indeed that is what it is) has been made to authoratitive journalists with reputations to consider, not the gutter press. That fact alone should suggest that the reports have some substance to them.
I love people who believe everything they see. It gives the rest of us something to laugh at. Not one quote and happened weeks ago. Aldo led by Rooney and Carrick . I don't think either has room to talk based on their early season performances. In other news, Jose Mourinho was removed from a school for allegedly shoving the class hamster up his arse. The alleged incident happened 4 weeks ago. S source close to the hamster said it was a harrowing experience. I suspect you believe that, Bod.
No mate. These are the gutter press too. They all lost credibility years ago when they took on a more sensationalist attitude. There's not one quote. Chances are it stemmed from someone saying the players and van Gaal talk regularly. This, we already knew anyway as both van Gaal and Rooney have said as much.
I couldn't give a **** to be honest. Just knew you'd be the first in here to denigrate the articles. I have no clue whether they are true or not, neither do you. But you don't want them to be, so that is your stance.
Do you honestly imagine that contracted players would approach the press with their issues and provide direct quotes....................imagine the fall-out for their club careers. You cannot simply ignore a story like this because it doesn't sit well or because it suggests all is not well at the club. These things happen on occasion at every club - the issue here is that word of it has been leaked to the media
Exactly. For him to say its all bullshit because there are no quotes is stupid. It was a leak ffs, they aren't going to provide quotes. It still may be bullshit, but the fact that there is no quote in a story from a leaked source is perfectly normal. 3 papers, none of them red tops, all reporting the same thing, using the same terms "Players complaining about being treated like robots". Tells me that there may be something in it, but who knows. I just knew UiR would be in here straight away to **** on the story because it doesn't mesh with his "Van Gaal is god" outlook
To be fair the Telegraph article is reported as taking info from The Times article. Not sure why papers do that, they're effectively telling their readers that their competitors are better informed. Giddy up.
It says a row was had. The word they are looking for is a discussion. Rooney and van Gaal have them often. And no, there's absolutely no link to this article coming out days before we play Liverpool. Absolutely not.... The fact it apparently happened weeks ago but is only being reported about now (its not. It's actually a rehash of a bollocks story from pre season, think, Valdes...) Gives it away as bullshit. The ones who don't like van Gaal will lap it up though and that's the point here.
You can ignore it as its patently bollocks. However you can choose to believe it in order to fuel your agenda.
It's terrible thast the press feel the need to stick the boot into both our clubs before the game in an attempt to cause further animosity between us.
Its bullshit. If you have any braincells, you would see its nothing more than clickbait bullshit two days before the biggest game in English football.
Found this........... Raheem Sterling made the right decision to force a Liverpool exit and join Manchester City reckons England captain Wayne Rooney. “He’s got the move he wanted. He’s started the season excellently, settled in really well at City. “When you are going through what he did, trying to leave Liverpool, it can be quite difficult. But he’s a lot more relaxed and settled, which is good for us.” Rooney stirring the pot? Media manipulation?
