Baby and bathwater come to mind. Philosophically you can argue against a monarchy, but I can't think of anyway of selecting a head of state that isn't devisive. Electing the government is fraught enough...certainly wouldn't want to elect a head of state. I would struggle to think of anyone I would elect....though Alan Titchmarsh would have a chance of getting elected. Or David Beckham perhaps.
A bit too keen to make do. In the 21st century these outdated forms of rule have no place in equality.

What about Edward The Black Prince? This class of people get worked up if their offspring marry the wrong sort of Anglo-Saxon (which is ironic with a name like Ceawlin) let alone a Nigerian. As for princes dating "black women" ....that's their choice not ours. Mind you, I've watched TV and everyone is in a mixed-race relationship aren't they...at least in the adverts.

Please explain. I provide evidence that you don't need a monarch to be an effective tourist destination to which you have no answer but a rude response. What evidence do you have that the Queen benefits Britain as a tourist destination when hard data shows that the main reason people visit Britain is to visit friends and family.
She only became head of state because of the devious and underhand tactics of her ancestors. The establishment is as determined to hang onto power as any grubby politician.
