Just looked at the number of posts by League One club fans on not606: Charlton lead the table with 6765 (not counting this one!) Then come Wycombe with 5505 Third are Preston with 952 All other clubs are in the low hundreds or tens, down to Tranmere with a grand total of 17 posts. I am not sure what this really means but it is a feather in the cap of AHLL and no doubt others beavering away behind the scenes. Thanks to all of you for making the close season more bearable. Given the perilous state of football finances in the lower divisions I think it would be an imaginative move to declare the above three clubs promoted now. Would save on wear and tear on the pitch and on detergent to wash the kit, among other savings, if we didn't have to play any matches.
It would mean enduring more banter from Rocky, but I think it's worth the price, he's a good sort really!! Motion carried. How many votes does this need to become submissable to the FA?
