Yeah, I thought Shaw edged it as well to be honest, he was superb going forward and getting back, what a contrast to that pig that was in RB, constantly out of position, complete headless chicken. He looked good at Southampton, seen nothing of him at Liverpool but last time he played for England he was equally as bad, non-starter for me, I'd rather start Stones there. One thing is for certain, Leighton Baines ain't getting that LB spot back. Sterling has been better than that this season, he needs to do better. I don't mind him being in the squad as he adds pace, but he has far too many strops for my liking, he needs to ****ing man up.
If I was playing against him and he threw himself about like that he wouldn't be playing for the rest of the season - I'd make damn sure of that as he'd be hurt - I'd take a red card for it (back in the day anyhow) but he'd certainly not be walking away from the game!
It's not just the diving mate, he gets pushed off the ball far too easily and he stands there looking at the ref with his arms out by his side and if you look at his face, he looks as if he's about to cry, seriously, one of the softest lads I've ever seen in the game. If Ashley Young was playing regularly, linking up with Rooney and Shaw on that side, England would have a solid partnership that would easily make the transition into international football. I know Young isn't everybody's cup of tea and he dives but at least he's that link between Shaw and the forward players, Sterling is that link currently and when he doesn't try, England just look ridiculous going forward.
Hard to get in Mate and especially with the price of iron ore going down and China not importing as much.. If your serious though I've got a good mate who works for Fortescue I may be able to help.
Chin up mate, before you know it you'll be here You should become a pig (police officer) instant residency!
