By Andrew Butler 7 September 2015, 10:15pm Adel Taarabt may have had his critics in the past, but at least he can claim one thing. He’s more skilful than Lionel Messi. That’s according to FIFA 16, as they released their new statistics showing who will be the trickiest players on the new game. Alongside the likes of Neymar, Cristiano Ronaldo and Franck Ribery, the man more known for his flair than his finishing has managed to sneak his way into the most skilful players list – ahead of the world’s greatest player. The game’s new features also includes Crystal Palace maestro Yannick Bolasie’s 360 flick that he pulled off against Christian Eriksen last season, as well as a cheeky rabona finish. Other surprise names to get the 5-star skill score include former Newcastle midfielder Hatem Ben Arfa and Everton’s Aidan McGeady, while in the FIFA legends team the likes of Jay-Jay Okocha and Pele get maximum marks. Here’s a selection of the five star skill players on the new FIFA: Jordan Botaka – Leeds United Nadir Cifti – Celtic Gary Mackay-Steven – Celtic Welington Silva – Bolton Wanderers Aiden McGeady – Everton Yannick Bolasie – Crystal Palace Hatem Ben Arfa – Nice Adel Taarabt – Benfica Douglas Costa – Bayern Munich Ricardo Quaresma – Besiktas Juan Cuadrado – Juventus Nani – Fenerbahce Franck Ribery – Bayern Munich Jay-Jay Okocha – FUT Legend Neymar – Barcelona Cristiano Ronaldo – Real Madrid Pele – FUT Legend
And where, might I ask, is SWP on that list? Scandalous. I suppose they have missed him off because he has gone to the USA.
The big question is will he play a game for Benfica before they chuck him out. 26 years old and his career could be over. No sympathy for him because it is all down to his own attitude.
The Manager said he wouldn't play him until he lost weight. I presume he hasn't if he hasn't yet played a game?
