TR4 were also nice, quite liked the MGA also, much preferred it to the MGB.

Oh well, I've paid for them now.
I'll be unfashionable, but I will have places to put ... stuff
I might just drill holes in them and keep them full of meat

What was the name of the restaurant/diner that was on the corner of ferensway and Brook Street? It's now Costa.

Anyone remember Froggys(?) restaurant. Think it was on or around Albion Street, early to mid 80s.

Bought a 3 year old TR4A in 1969 which was newer than a MGA that stopped production in 1962. Looking on the internet many MGA's for sale at £20,000 -£45000.Really liked the MGA though. With the 4A you had to be careful with the rear IRS.Had a TR6 but no character.

    Girlfriend's friend worked there
    Girlfriend is now my wife
Poppins girl is now my friends wife
Poppins didn't feature in the courtship as far as I'm aware, but I do remember throwing sugar at her there

I'm currently seeing something I never thought I'd see again on university challenge.

Shah of kings Cambridge wearing a black leather vest with big chain accessory.

    You old gits.

There used to be an energy drink we used to buy from morrisons about 11 years a go - but it got banned. The rumour was if you drank enough you wouldn't decompose when you died. Can't remember the name.

He looked **** hot is what I'm saying.

What after shave would you wear with that outfit?

Oh aye. Our lass has turned it over though.

She was preggers recently. I'm thinking they filmed it then.
