My playlist is on my phone, I hope I don't bump into you in a gym any time soon <laugh>

I know what you mean though, people 'hogging' equipment just standing there, snapchatting and taking selfies so they can put it on facebook that they've been to the gym.

There's a couple of lads who use the squat rack for barbell rows it does my head in, all because they need to lift the bar an extra 6 inches off if they put it on the floor instead of on the rack.

Just joined a gym at work - only been here 15 months and didn;t even know there was one! Going to be concentrating on developing muscles and losing inches (from my waist before anyone says anything)

Quite a basic gym as far as weights and such are concerned but wikll be there a few times a week!

    Incredibly boring post coming up...

For those of you who are into fitness and BB'ing, I discovered this weekend that Lidl do high-protein bread rolls in their fresh bakery section. 39p each but they're very nice, 27g of protein per roll as well so not bad going... **** knows what else is in them though... loads of seeds.

    I bought 6, they're spot on.

Well I'm a skinny **** again with my t=shirts hanging over my shoulders :emoticon-0183-swear

I just haven't been able to get into it since April, all my motivation and everything is gone and as much as I want to do it, I just don't. If that makes sense.

I'm on here appealing for help! Any ideas or suggestions?

    Have you lost your appetite?

Been there loads of times mate, last year I was bang into it, the best shape I've ever been in, didn't drink at all... now this year, ****ing hell, not even close.

You have to want to get up and do it mind, there's nowt anybody can tell you to make you go.

Often, ordering new supplements gives me a spur to get moving again after a lazy period, I like to see if they work. Probably no good to you mind, since you prefer the juice.

Big time, most of the time I'm skipping breakfast which is obviously the worst! I've still got my juice sitting there which is normally enough to get me going, for whatever reason though, still no motivation to get off my arse and go. The gym is a 3 minute walk as well.

I'm not the same person anymore since 'that', does my head in constantly trying to get back to the person I was. Never mind, I'll keep persisting.

Don't try then, be somebody else... what's the point of trying to get back to somebody who did 'that' to themselves?

Skipping breakfast man... I couldn't do that if I wanted to, I wake up starving.

Just force yourself to train, in the morning, do a big leg session, if you're not hungry after that then there's no hope for you.

What about this match, you got tickets sorted?

He's rang the ticket office an hour ago and the game is sold out mate. The bloke told me brother that tickets get returned all the time, so to keep trying. My brother will be ringing every day now, just hope something comes up.
