This is the second time now the club is making a mockery of me as a fan this season, I have been on hold for 45 minutes trying to buy a Palace ticket. It amazes me how poorly run and under prepared this club is.
Thanks for the warning. I'd forgotten about the Palace tickets, but that's a p**s-take. £4.50 and counting!
This is something that I've gone on and on about for some time. I don't understand why they cannot put them for sale online. They can give out "pre-sale" codes, one per eligible member, that can be used only once. It would cut down on the waiting times of the call centre, and ensure smooth, happy customer service.
That way they'd lose the money they make while us poor suckers are waiting for them to answer. I think the "administration" charge has doubled to £2, hasn't it? Another cynical way of milking the loyal fans.
