Buttercups, aye, not seen any for yonks, but we do get the grand-bairns making daisy chains and looking for four-leaf clover. We're seen more bees this year than for quite a while, too. But Dragonflies have just about vanished; beautiful things, what a shame; maybe it's different further south. Been reading about the Badger cull situation, extremely sad that the professions cannot get together in a dark room and come out with a plan that doesn't include killing them. How long before they are a subject for a thread such as this?
