I'm aware of that, what with having my leg in a brace right now for that very reason! I meant was it in a game, in training or what? I don't remember when he got injured is all.

edit: Last game was against Chelsea in April. Looked it up myself innit...

I remember, in typical Arsenal fashion, that he got the dreaded "out for a couple of days, nothing to worry about" prognosis, and wasn't it at the end of last season he got injured?

Not sure if it was a game or training though - but when was the last time he actually played a competitive game for us?

Well this continues our questionable injury record. As for Welbeck, not that he would have added much to our first team anyways. Maybe Campbell will get a chance?

Wow.. only Wenger would go into the Season with just Giroud as his only genuine CF.

I assuming they knew all this before monday. Awful decision making from Le Boss.

So three make the lineup with Diaby being the all-time great. I can see Wilshere being added to that list very good....

So Walcott was out for nearly 3 years?!?!?!!?

No idea why Assou-Ekotto is in there. He was dropped from the squad, not injured.

It seems like a consensus, that what's happening is a joke, and we are, indeed a joke.

Lol so much for being elite. Elite at being **** more like it.

Are there still people out there who back Wenger? Seriously, the man is an utter muppet. Giroud and Walcott, ffs.

When Welbeck returns in January, no doubt Wenger will claim that he is like a new signing, oh and when will the news of Wilshere's setback be released? No doubt the club are waiting for chance to somehow bury that news.

Not getting a striker this Summer is a sackable offence in itself, in my opinion.

There is absolutely no way Wenger can justify not getting one. And if he does try to justify it, he's talking ****e.

I keep saying it, the best transfer news we will ever make in the next few years, is when Wenger finally decides to step down. I can't understand how anyone genuinely believes he is still the right man for the job to take us to the top, consider the last 10 years, and what he has done in this summer, the man is not making us progress at all, ****s sakes, the writing is on the wall.
