It says if one of us gets killed the other has a 75% chance to kill the person who killed one of us. So surfer A gets murdered by assassin, surfer B kills Assassin.

Had a bit of a mare tonight. My mind as been elsewhere, got too much to sort tonight but couldn't leave this game along #addictive

 

I read it that if Surfer A dies then if Surfer B also gets assassinated then Surfer B has a 75% chance of killing whoever the assassin is. However, like I said earlier, I find a lot of what it says in that announcement ambiguous. Surprised everyone is ignoring it.

I hate this game

Just finished catching up on all the work I couldn't do this morning because of being out and instead of just going to bed I couldn't resist checking in on here cos I wanted to check on something!!

 

You should be able to make it four from five as I think both you and the medium should know by now one other player who is almost definitely town (not me). I wont mention names either, but hopefully between you you can work out who that is

 

I wanted to check back and see what it was that made me think Astro and JPF were connected on Day 1. I was also intrigued by the fact that JPF never said any of the code words that we have associated with team Skull.

We know from JPF's death note that he was the High Priest of Team Skull, and we also know from that note that it was his job to assemble the team. The medium's message last night confirmed that this would be done through code words but JPF doesn't appear to have used any. But then if he was the one assembling the team he doesn't need to. He already knows who he is.

When I looked at the times that JPF and Astro interacted I came across this:

Possibly discussing options and giving the likelihood of each one being the person they were looking for?


Maybe this might seem far fetched but the fact that they kept talking about looking for a Derek role (there were more quotes but I might be near my character limit) suggests that they might have been desperately searching for another player as JPF had given nothing away (because he didn't need to). Seems a lot of their talk focused about trying to find a role.

The Derek talk stopped after nightfall - once they realised who the other member of their team was.

 

I think the above confirms the connection between JPF and Astro I was looking for. Which means that the two final members of team skull are Astro and MITO (one is assassin and one is bodyguard - would also fit with Astro being protected last night.

 

I think we are already fairly confident that Tennis is on Team Blood. I was calling that for most of yesterday too (proved by his heavy involvement in the 'BIRD' stuff).

That should leave you choosing between two people for the final Team Blood slot. Myself and one other.

On myself it doesn't look good as I used the word Bird in one post. Nobody else did who hasn't been accounted for elsewhere (Obi, Tennis & Style). The two differences between my post and the others was that the use of the word was in context and the others weren't, and my post was late on Day 2 (I think about 15 minutes before nightfall) and every other code post (from both teams) was on Monday.

However, we have established that whoever is assembling the teams didn't need to use the code words as they would already know about themselves. I think the 4th person using the code has been a red herring.

I have told you that I am an investigator and who I investigated. Unfortunately for me all three people I investigated are now known. However, my choice of people to investigate made sense on each occasion, and my actions afterwards were consistent with an investigator not wanting to give away his role.

On day one I wanted to investigate either Gerrez or AFC for the surf talk but couldn't risk wasting an investigation as the vote was too close on both of them, so instead I investigated Biscan and got the result that he was Mad Scientist and that this was a town role.

On day two I made sure I challenged Biscan over a minor typo and included the line "This is not a mistake I would think you would make". I also said he looked dodgy on day two, but also preceded it everytime with a note saying I had had a very strong read of town from him on Day one. At no point did I vote for him and would have switched votes to save him.

Then on night two I investigated Gerrez (who I had genuinely thought was evil) and found out he was a surfer town role. I felt I could get away with just changing my actions as the fact that people had jumped in to save him made it pretty clear anyway that he was town. I also tried to hint to Gerrez that I had investigated him and knew he was town (I think he will be able to confirm it)

On night three I investigated Bodanki. Several comments were made by various people suggesting that he needed looking at (along with myself but I obviously already knew my investigator role). It made sense to target him which is the exact reason he was targeted and killed.

I was also the first person to suggest ACS needed to be second in the vote for AFC's suicide (which wasn't needed in the end).

Throughout yesterday I posted my thoughts on who the definite bad guy were (all confirmed ones tally with what I said - and included people from both cults).

I am happy to be put into a tied lynch if that makes the town more comfortable, but I really think we need to consider the meaning of the announcement last night that all evil must die today. If it is agreed that it is a message then I think we should attempt to put all bar one into a tie and plan to kill the other. If needed I will go along with putting myself in that tie too.
