Thanks £100!?? You live in Horsham, its still England, I'm sure its free!?? Maybe you need to call David Cameron and tell him Nick Clegg has been messing with the budgets again
I'm on the phone to Cameron as we speak. On a serious note, the government pay the tution fees but I have to pay 'other costs'. Don't know what that is but the college says i've got to pay it.
Ah, nevermind eh. Good luck with the course. Anyone seen this video of Suarez? Really gets you hyped about the season ahead.
4pm today on LFC TV. 'From Gayle to Babel' A program celebrating the contribution of black players to Liverpool fc. Should be a great watch, just thought i would give you the heads up
A month is too long! I miss watching Soccer Saturday on a Saturday afternoon and then watching Match Of The Day on Saturday night. I WANT THE FOOTBALL BACK!
I used to watch MOTD on the first half of the season, never enjoyed seeing our games last, and usually ending in losses. As soon as Liverpool got KK back, I watched the matches online. By the end of January, Sky had an offer, £15 for 3 months. Finished the day after the Champions League final. Perfect
Nice! Despite being quite ****e for the first half of the season, I always watched us on MOTD. Saturday's feel a bit weird without the football though!
Yeah. When we did play on Saturday (Season before), it was good watching Sky Sports News. Phil Thompson and the other pundits talking about every situation going on. Torres not playing well etc. Used to start watching from 12pm until around 5pm when the match finished! (Kick off at 3)
Yes! If I wasn't going out on the Saturday, I did normally spend most of the day with Sky Sports News on watching the Premier League scores come in and i'd have the laptop on keeping up with my local team, Horsham FC! I guess it feels weird because we don't have any international tournaments this summer (Apart from the Copa America) and I haven't been watching the Copa America so we've got a gap with no football.
Yeah, when the World Cup was on it felt like a proper summer. Sunny, footy on, was great. On the weekend where Argentina played Germany and Uruguay played Ghana I was on a school trip. I remember us all sitting in a room watching the Ghana game on a small telly and everyone on Ghana's side because they were the underdogs. The amount of abuse thrown at Suarez for the handball incident was crazy
I spent most of the summer watching football! It was immense! On the subject of World Cup stories, I was round a friends house watching the England Vs U.S.A. game in H.D. Just before Gerrard scored the goal, ITV decided to put some adverts on! Just me and 10 mates screaming at the T.V! The game came back on and Gerrard had scored. We had missed the best moment of England's world cup campaign! On a positive though, we've got this season which looks like it's gonna be a good one and we've got the Euro's next summer! It's all good!
ID is rubbish. I went into Lidl the other day with my little sister (who's 13) and tried to buy a bottle of bulmers... I was refused because they thought I was buying it for her, what a load of bollocks. The girl at the till was laughing about it and said if I'd have left her outside it would have been a different story... so I sent her outside and she sold me the bottle. Think about it, if you were going to buy booze for someone underage - would you take them into the shop with you? I wouldn't...
So I'm legally allowed to drive and get it on but I'm not allowed to drink? (Even though I don't) What a joke.
