Let's go easy on him, likely the only football he ever watches is down at the pub on matchdays -- which must be tougher when Sunderland matches are never worth airing. He's also proven he can capably use wikipedia for all of his footballing knowledge.

Like the way your talking about brown as if he's a nobody the geezer has played over 300 times for united, england international and has won more trophies than the whole of your s***e team, as for wickham yes unproven in the prem but wasn't Andy Carroll untill last year!?

Yes but we didnt pay 8 million for Carroll and his record in the championship was much better than Wickham's. And Brown is past it, that's why they let him go.

A bunch of 'no body's'? That would be an achievement fielding a group of players with no torso. Think you mean 'nobodies'. Back to school tomorrow then.

  6. Cattermole + Gardner together = Half of Joey Barton
    Larsson = Isn't much better than Raylor/Guthrie
Ji Wong Dong + Wickham = Their new strikers who are less proven at a top level than our French players
Oshea and Brown = Good but not great
Sessegnon = A decent AM but is he really going to frighten Colo, Tiote in defense?
Bramble = Can we have our 3 points now? K thx lol
Steed Malwank = Jonas Gutierrez with half a brain and half the dribbling skills

Why the **** are they bragging?

terrible wum effort - where is the passion? Where are the facts how we got 6,546 fans on the 27th july 1923 for example.

lets have a look at sunderlands signings: two fringe man united players who are looking for their final pay day, a coventry city goalkeeper, half the midfield of a relegated team, an unknown dog eater, a striker who has yet to hit double figures in his 2 seasons in the championship. I am ****ting my pants

On the other hand I think Wes Brown will set the world alight at Sunderland.

Seeing as I'm infinitely more mature than everyone else on here put together (joking lolololololololol), I'll make my opinion as unbiased as I can:

IMO both teams have done well in this transfer market but for different reasons. Newcastle have added more quality and flair to their squad, with players like Marveaux and Cabaye. Whereas Sunderland have added more depth to their squad. Brown, O'Shea, Gardner, Larsson, Westwood, Vaughn and Wickham aren't gonna set the world alight but all will do a decent job and add to the strenght in depth of the squad. Just my opinion anyway.

So basically Newcastle will have a better first team but if injuries kick in (they always do for both teams) Sunderland will have better back up than Newcastle to step in.

We'll bump our numbers up with some loans and some frees in the last few days of the window, don't worry <ok>!

Larsson who is much worse than Guthrie and about as good as Ryan Taylor. Gardner the goalscoring midfielder who has scored 14 times in over 100 league games. O'shea and Brown... 2 past it big 4 cast offs(the defence version of Butt and Smith?). A Korean kid who nobody knows much about. An average Championship striker, that is only apparently good as he is english and young. A keeper who probably won't play.

I think all this patter from them is a good thing though, we never heard the end of it going into last season "easy 6 points" and all that ****e. When was the last time Sunderland ever took 6 points off us?
