    Bit of a break from the norm, just coz I'm bored really...

    If you could choose any one of the following to come play for us, free of charge, who would it be?

    Kompany, Bony, or Shaw?

    Alternatively, being a bit more realistic...

    Shawcross, Austin, or Bertrand?

    Interested to see what people think, my mate posed the questions to me when we were on the piss last night! I went for Bony and Bertrand.

    So we have arguably the best defender in the world (and in most peoples eyes a sure fire best defender in the league - there's not as much competition for that title as I'd like...), a good striker who isn't 'great' and a left-back full of pace and potential. Kompany hands down.

    As for one of the second list Shawcross is still under-rated despite people having a marginally higher regard of him nowadays. Austin and Bertrand are not established quality in the same way.
