Well as I never drink straight from a bottle I'm not going to get it. I think it's a complete waste of buying a particular beer. I shall check out this Wells Disease.

Good old leptospirosis, usually contracted through coming into contact with rat's urine. That shouldn't be confused with Fosters lager, which has a similar taste and alcoholic content.

Don't know about the UK but yes in the USA (from cans not a bottle), when I did my B.I.I course many years ago they told us the risk is defiantly possible so since then I have never drank from a bottle.

Sadly, I've had the misfortune to come into contact with Foster's lager in error. Once when there was nothing else on a warm day [I should have chosen nothing else instead] and once when I said anything but that Foster's lager, and got misheard.

Weil's Disease can be caught if you dive into polluted river to rescue someone drowning....no good deed goes unpunished. Let the buggers drown is what I say (unless it is me :)). .

For the Windows 10 users/peeps I the know, my old man got wanted by a techy that anyone downloading windows 10 is going to get stung in about a years time by Microsoft for some fees. This sounded unrealistic to me.

    Any thoughts?

It's optional. You can get stung if you want right now by going to the Windows Store and buying some software. Windows 10 and its updates will be free for its lifetime, which is a minimum of 5 years. You don't need any techie telling you this. Microsoft openly tell you themselves.

Guinness takes one pint to start tasting like the nectar of the Gods. Every time I go back to it the first pint reminds me of what beer tasted like when I first tried it (at 12. Forced it down to prove to my mates that I was a man. Awful). Then the second and subsequent pints taste like ambrosia. Be warned, though, it does turn your ..er.. motions .. black.

    Vin

Cheers TSS, so when I told my Dad that this couldn't be right, I was sort of correct and he should be fine?

Would I find this info for him on Microsoft website so he can be convinced?

Just watched The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel (again) with the kids. It is a film I enjoy and the kids did too.

I heard a rumour that Danica Patrick might drive for that american F1 team next year. Her and Maldonado on the same track sounds hilarious.
