Stan, starting to look like Joses ego and arrogance have overtaken his ability. His selections, tactics, substitutions and transfer policies all seem to be second rate this season. Its a worry for sure, as he seems not to even recognise the problems that are flashing red before his eyes. Constant revitalising of teams is essential in all forms of sport, holding onto heroes for too long is a recurring mistake. We have been too slow to reinforce and are now without experienced cover for our CDs and our midfield, and if anything, overstocked with front runners. This is a direct result of not bringing on younger players to the stage that a couple of them can at least play well as subs. Jose doesnt have a good record of sticking around when things go pear shaped. He is a very large part of our troubles, and he needs to stop the crap, get off his well paid arse and fix things, starting right now.

Some people have been saying for a while that Courtois still shows a lack of experience...others have dismissed and indeed ridiculed that opinion claiming that the young keeper is the best or second best in the world and "commands his area" brilliantly. So far this season I have seen nothing commanding. Chelsea's defence is chaotic!

I think the question of who is the better keeper out of the soon to be departed De Gea and the soon to be dropped Courtois has been conclusively answered. De Gea was superior to Courtois last season, there was no doubt about that for anyone who understands football and isn't biased. The excuse for Courtois was that he was playing in a better team and therefore didn't have as much of an opportunity to shine as De Gea who was playing behind a shambolic defence. Courtois has had plenty of opportunities to shine this season but has looked all over the place.

I remember I used to walk past a bus depot on my way to work. Behind all the buses I used to catch a glimpse of this blonde behind them at the back. Only glimpses of her though, a lock of hair, the silouette of her curvy body, and I kept trying to look out for her. Then one day the buses werent there and I finally got a good look at her...

Surprisingly my mate, a London chav was enamoured, even besotted to the point of delusion, by this so-called beauty and just couldnt get enough of her.

    True story <ok>

Indeed, in the short time that Kenedy was on the pitch he looked the real deal. His pace, skill and stride was like that of Pele in his day.

But not at LB for **** sakes!!
He needs to start more up the field. He is a tough young kid, who can go places.

I would take Mikel over ***bregas given the current circumstances.

Don't know much about Kennedy but he looks a talent. What is his usual position?

He is a striker / winger. You could see Costa in him. For his age he is so tenacious on the pitch.

I know he looked very comfortable with the ball, and fast too. Will Jose play him as a winger?

Had Jose played players in their rightful positions, we won't be with 4pts from 4.
Looks like Jose is trying too hard to self destruct.

He does not look a happy bunny at the moment, all is not well at camp bridge. The only times I have seen him like this is when he wasn't allowed the funds for the players he knew he needed.

That is what I like about Ferguson & to some extent with Wenger.
Those two men are more like partners rather than employees.
Perhaps they earned it. But how will Jose earn it when they force Sheva , Falcao et al on him.
Top Clubs should trust their great managers and provide greater roles.

It is time Jose is treated as a share holder rather than an employee by Roman & co.

It comes from trust, I don't see Roman trusting anybody who has an opinion.

Certainly not on past actions. But, he DID give Jose a 4 year contract extention just a few weeks ago. Not the best timing by Roman if this was a show of trust. I thought it had been agreed last season that with Costa and Fabregas, our big spending days were coming to an end ,that Jose had agreed to start "fine tuning" new signings so we had both continuity and minor upgrades happening as our "new way". That didn't last long. What is not understandable is why Ivan, Matic, Hazard, Costa, Cahill, Azpi and Fabregas have all hit rock bottom at the same time and only 2 months after winning the PL, JTs best season, Hazard player of the year and Ivan in the team of the year. It's as if there is some kind of contagious form loss happening. Toss in Joses' bizzare behavour, his " we dominated City" nonsense, his rant and action towards the medics, and you have one unhappy puppy running the show from where I sit.

All the key players are totally burnt out or Jose is being very mischievous.
Either way - I blame Jose for our 4pts in 4 start.

Right on the money as usual CP. There's a sense of déjà vu with Jose suffering from "third season syndrome". I didn't think Stones or Pogba was going happen it's just a case of agents stirring it to get a better deal for their man. I'm beginning to suspect that jose is a bit like a Ferrari .....you need a lot of money to keep him functioning well - shame about our youth policy.

How the mighty have fallen, doesn't look like you'll be winning anything this season, unless the 'Special one' can pull off something 'Special'...............<whistle>
