    Has everyone seen it?
Cotts does look frustrated and down, to be expected I think, like all of us at the present. We have all seen the goings on down at the gate, and of course we are all a little worried and down too, but I really don't like the overall doom and gloom and pessimism.
Cotts has asked supporters to stay to the end, common fault with a lot of clubs but massive at ours, sends wrong/bad signals to players. thought Leeds game would of helped stop the early leavers. But on a positive note well done us fans who stay and still even after losing yesterday clapped team off.

I think a level of patience is required by all at our club for the next couple of weeks and see after loan window opens, who we may get and may be surprised at, with the possibility of some of these having the option to buy too!
I said many times on many threads before this season started, that its a VERY VERY difficult league in the Championship, and we do NOT have the devine right to be mid table play-offs just because we won L1, and hoped too much negativity would engulf the club if things started a bit tough (which I expected). Yes theres been some strange and tough goings on , but please stay behind the team and above all try to be POSITIVE!!!

I'm positive that Cotts is our man but unless he get's support from the top he is on hiding to nothing. After his arrival the rise of our team was remarkable and I am a bit miffed as to why the planning for this year's campaign wasn't started the minute we knew we were going up. The biggest positive we have at the club right now is our manager and if he is not happy then how on earth can we expect the players to be of the same disposition? The camaraderie from last season seems to have flown the coop but with the addition of some key players it could change the whole outlook and put a smile back on all faces. Support SC and let's hope the chaps at the top get the same message soon - otherwise? Satisfaction is infectious.

The difference between League 1 and the Championship was highlighted again yesterday with two clinical headers from a set piece that even Dyche admitted was against the run of play. 2nd half Burnley protected their lead in a professional way and this we can expect to continue-

That said, we have shipped a high number of goals compared to other teams. Good thing is we are scoring them too, just not as many.

I think things will improve with Fielding in goal. Hamer has not looked confident and I think
this spreads into the defence. Not sure whether we are zonal marking or man to man at the
back? Too much of our possession play is sideways and is easy to defend against as
shown by Burnley who were happy to let us keep the ball for long periods. I thought a number
of our player looked a bit leggy and showed the importance of squad rotation in the championship.
