I can imagine no one can be arsed to check...I certainly can't, but its be interesting to see how often cms have had mom nominations when hudd doesnt play compared to when he does, meyler and Hayden both been better without him this year and remember some people commenting about Jake last year being better when he didn't play, today another example where all 3 who played cm have been nominated in his absence
What did he do that made him "excellent"? There was only one midfielder on that pitch that was excellent and that was Diame. He was caught in possession more than once, gave the ball away (one which lead to a goalscoring opportunity for them) and just looked a bit clueless. Maybe it was because he was playing next to Diame who was really good it made him look worse than he was, I don't know. He's been good the last few games but I thought yesterday he didn't really offer much. I don't sit near a lot of moaners (thankfully), but when the eight year old kid two rows down is criticising him, you know he isn't doing great.
That would be a lot of work to check as the excel system that DH used and that I am using doesn't contain starting 11 players and only contains those that recieved votes. In general I could say that the CM position rarely receives votes. The most common voting pattern is at least one CB if not 2, whoever scores and then whichever player had the most flair that game.

Meyler did very well, but Hayden has been excellent the last 3 times he's come off the bench. I'd like to see a midfield 3 of him Meyler and Diame

Full game is already up on Tiger Player so guess I can vote. A workmanlike rather than inspiring performance IMO Davies..back to his best and a great goal McGregor...looked like the McG before his injury. Great save early on...looked strong and confident. Dawson...another commanding performance Honorable mentions...Diame (first half), Clucas, Meyler, Odubajo.
Davies Dawson Odubajo I thought Odubajo worked well with Elmo at times and was solid in defence. I think we can forget the snap judgement that they can't play together.
Only if you have a subscription and can actually watch it. I suspect some people without a sub will vote now that the match is available* * I think patty might have voted already. I know of at least one person who voted after listening to the radio commentary. I suspect several voted after reading text updates on the BBC from the match!
I just don't understand why someone would ever want to vote if they haven't seen the game (in the flesh or on TV/stream). It's completely ridiculous.
