Chicken sausages are ok, I eat them, lean as ****, never come across anything other than lean breast in them.

Pork though, I'm picky, very picky as to which ones I eat. Most of the ones from supermarkets are ****ing liftin though, I wouldn't feed them to my dog.

Nowt worse than tucking into a Cumberland sausage and coming across a ****ing huge knuckle inside it, they just make me angry.

    Chicken - now there's a thing.
    I'm very fussy about it.
For me it has to have skin on. A nice roast chicken, fine - skinless chicken fillets, no thanks, might as well suck on ice cubes.
I got a tray of fresh bare naked chicken wings the other day for a quid, 20 in there.
None of this coated in sauce ****e & full ****ing proper chicken wings.
Drop them in the deep fat fryer & chuck a bit salt on - ****ing lush.
    Great for snacking on.
    Keep the skinless bollocks. <ok>

I must admit mate, it kills me peeling the skin off a roast chicken and binning it, but it's high in saturated fat so it's a no-go for me. Tastes amazing though.

I marinade my chicken breast for about 3 days, in some form of potent paste, such as Tom Yum, Thai Red Curry, or Chipotle. I grill it for about 10 mins then lob it in the broth if I'm making a Ramen or something, it's the only way to get flavour into it, that's if I can be bothered, sometimes I just force it down as 'fuel'.

Ramen is my go-to food lately, I love spicy food.

    It sure does mate.
    Do you gain weight easily?
I know people who can eat a Mars bar & put on 4lb.
I'm the opposite, I can eat anything & not gain an ounce.
Tried all those weight gain powders in the past to no avail.
Guess I just have a fast metabolism or summat.
No matter how many calories I get down - I put very little on.

I'm a chicken on the bone kind of guy. Wings and hot sauce and I'm heaven. Fillet is dry and bland and completely overpriced.

I gain fat very quickly mate yeah, muscle not so much, probably about 1 lb per week max if I'm training hard. I burn a lot of calories. I have an under-active thyroid though, one of the symptoms is easy weight gain.

I don't keep as strict a diet as I used to, I cheat a lot more now, beers mainly but when I want to cheat with food it's usually something sweet, such as a massive cake or a full tub of that chocolate covered flapjack you get from M&S.

Are you a smoker? Smoking causes the heart to beat faster and therefore more calories are burned. I know lots of people, myself included who piled on size after quitting smoking.

That's a ****ing cracking idea for a slimming dvd mate.
The fat bastards will buy it in their droves.
I just need somebody to film me having a ****.
I could call it '**** yourself slim'
    Make a ****ing fortune.

Not a pulled pork man. I doesn't satisfy me in the slightest. I've got teeth, I don't need the fibers pulling apart for me.

Me and you can't be mates then, sorry.

Pulled pork burritos man, that's right up there with Sushi, I'd be thoroughly miserable if those two foods, and Ramen, didn't exist!

Really? Sounds like we'd make a good team. I could chew the pork for you <laugh>

I like Enchiladas(which trimmed chicken thigh meat) with added Chipotle and nice big dollop of re-fried beans(which I bake)

Bloody hell Bill, sort it out. We like you.

I used to be that bad. Now I have a *** in the morning then I only smoke tobacco in joints. So when you work it out I'm down to about 5-6 a day from being a very heavy smoker.
